Hungary Day 2

On our second day of the adventure the team met at the church sanctuary of the school, all coming from  our host homes. We had a prayer and devotion before breaking into our Squishy (1~4th grades) and Squashy (5~8  grades) groups. All the lessons went very well, and we quickly fostered friendships with the all the students. At lunch break, Anna and Silas went with many students to play ping~pong, and Luke played Football (soccer) with a couple of the 8th graders.
The afternoon consisted of lesson revamping and more food, followed by afterschool PE, which was lead by our Squishy group, *wild applause* . Later, we enjoyed a fully translated church service, of which the JRHS students participated in praise and worship group. We were officially welcomed, and we introduced ourselves and showed a slideshow of the school.
The night was closed with a surprise birthday party for Mr. Philbrick, and the students returned to their host families for dinner. Chow for now, the bed is calling.
