Hungary Day 6

Hello friends and family in America, Hungary, and Switzerland! Today we took part in the service at The Lord is Good Baptist Church. We played instruments and sang songs during worship and our very own headmaster, Mr. Philbrick, shared a wonderful message with the congregation. He preached on the unity of Bodrog and Jesse Remington and the amazing opportunity that we have as a body of believers. It was a very well recieved message and there was also a time of sharing afterwards which everyone participated in. After church, Anti and his wife and daughter prepared us a lovely lunch and we then left for Nikla, a gypsy ministry. While there, some played soccer with the older kids while others played games inside with the little kids. Anna, Luke, and Rachel shared testimonies and verses and there was a time of worship in which Luke played the bongos and Anna played violin. This was a wonderful opportunity to experience another unique people group and allowed us to recognize our many blessings. The language barrier was a bit difficult to overcome, but we managed to communicate through our wonderful translators. We had dinner with Pastor Zsolt and his family followed by a wonderful time of sharing and laughter. Anita, Zsolt's wife, shared with us the faith they had in their journey to Bodrog and making a family, which included 13 children (many of them were fostered). Back to teaching in the morning for all of us (minus Biscuits and Gravy and Llib) and we are going to another spa in the afternoon for a couple of hours! Overall, the trip has been so marvelous that we don't want to leave. (In other words, see you next year! :)

So Swissies, we were thinking about the distance between us.... only an hour plane ride... only a two hour train ride... only about a five hour bus ride... about one day of walking. So if you guys start walking southeast, we will walk northwest and meet up with you somewhere in the middle at about 7 in the morning. Breakfast is on you! :P Miss you guys and we can't wait to see you wednesday night at the airport. <3
